3rd Kyu - Brown Belt

 

Pattern 6.
One-step fighting 11. and 12.
Punches U punch
Blocks X block (head and groin level
Kicks Axe kick, back spinning kick (mid level)
Self-defence Five techniques each for same side wrist grab, cross hand wrist grab, and double wrist grab
Sparring (Kumite) Free sparring (with equal grade),
Exercises 50 push ups on knuckles,
100 sit ups,
Notes: From this grade onwards students will be tested for fitness, stamina and general condition.
Students will be tested on all previous grading techniques and patterns.
